We work on a simple cost per hour basis. For ad-hoc work this is £30/hour. If you are able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per month on retainer we are able to offer your the reduced rate of £25/hour. If you have a project in mind but don’t know how much time you need just drop us a message at justask@heyjanet.co.uk

Absolutely. Rather than offering set packages of support we work on a simple cost per hour basis. We know every company is different, so we’ll let you tell us what you need, not the other way round.

This is a really common question. Perhaps this is your first time working with a virtual assistant; or maybe you’re expanding your business but have no idea how long the new work will take. Hey Janet is based in Leyland, Lancashire (UK). We are very happy to work completely remotely with clients around the world, or arrange in-person meetings if you are nearby. Within a reasonable radius we’d be happy to drop in to your office on a regular basis, if needed.
